Nestled in a country-club neighborhood in Ozark, Missouri, this home was gutted before we arrived. It was so exciting to see the complete transformation of this property during this stylish home remodeling project.
This amazing concept was crafted by the award-winning residential designer Chad Holgerson at Keystone Creative in Springfield, Missouri. Daher Construction LLC was hired as the general contractor, completing much of the work with our in-house team while managing and overseeing a wide array of subcontractors.
The living room’s centerpiece is a tall gas fireplace covered with ultra-modern hexagon tiles. Each tile has a different thickness or angle, giving the surface a captivating 3D effect. Unique Tile in Nixa, Missouri, provided these unique details, and we oversaw the installation by talented local craftsmen.

Most of the home includes custom oak flooring that was “finished in place.”

This might be the only house in Greater Springfield, Missouri, where the hallway guest bathroom is the highlight of the tour!
This half bath is packed with eye-catching features.
- The ultra-modern sink is simply a thick sheet of glass with a trough drain.
- A cabinet is hidden within the backlit tile walls.
- Crystal-like hanging lights with varied heights coordinate well with the mother-of-pearl style tiles on the feature wall.
- Even the toilet is neat. This floating wall-hung toilet features an easy-to-clean shape and water-saving dual flush buttons.

Spare bedroom remodeled into a huge master closet
When you’re an empty nester, you can turn those empty rooms into something new. Why have a simple walk-in closet when you could have a spacious dressing room that’s fit for a celebrity on the set of a movie?
We converted this extra bedroom into a highly organized clothing station, including:
