Open lines of communication are vitally important between a homeowner and a general contractor. And there has to be a level of trust between both parties. I’m honest and I tell you exactly what I’m thinking.
My optimistic personality helps homeowners feel at ease. I’m a smiley, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. There is no challenge in the home remodeling and construction industry that can not be overcome. I enjoy what I do because meeting a challenge is fun. I like to find the deficiencies that existed when the house was built and make them better.
We nail down the budget before your home construction project begins
Some home builders just take a wild guess at the final cost of a project – or they pad their estimates for the worst-case scenario. But I pride myself on providing accurate estimates.
It all starts with the design. You shouldn’t come up with the budget and then design it. To predict the final cost with a high degree of accuracy, you must design it first.
Don’t start a home remodeling or new home construction project without knowing how much the total process will cost.
You and I can work together to develop a fairly accurate budget for smaller projects. But on larger projects (like new home construction and full-basement remodels), I collaborate with the awarding-winning design firm Keystone Creative to develop the design and a detailed budget. They also provide 3D renderings, so you can see the quality of your new home before it’s built.
Stay on schedule by hiring a dedicated remodeling & home builder crew
There is an incredible amount of scheduling that has to happen behind the scenes during a home remodeling or construction project. As the general contractor, it’s Daher Construction’s job to keep it all moving smoothly. We have to find the best materials and subcontractors for your dream home.

Our project manager works hard to keep your project moving. He manages our in-house home construction crews and all of the subcontractors. That keeps things moving efficiently.
Unlike other general contractors, once we start a job, we stay on that job site until it’s done. We don’t show up for a few days and then disappear for weeks at a time. There can be delays at times, due to things like supply chain issues, but we work to keep those to a minimum. If an issue arises, we are there to advocate on your behalf to help keep the project on schedule.

During most home remodeling projects, you can continue to live in your home during the transformation.
We pride ourselves on keeping a clean, neat, and orderly job site. On residential remodeling projects, we take the time to protect floors and walls that are not part of the remodel. We minimize construction dust with zip-wall systems and air scrubbers. And we don’t leave a bunch of trash and materials lying around your property.
You’ll be able to use the rest of your home during construction. We know you don’t want to come home from work and find a messy job site that interferes with your lifestyle.
And we only hire clean-cut workers.
